We met Andrew of Australian Outfitters at FTW Ranch in Barksdale, TX with our grandson Max (age 6 then). We all took the long range shooting school and hunted with Andrew in Texas several times. His hunting skills, determination in acquiring our trophies, optimism and great sense of humor convinced us to com to Australia. And what a fabulous time we had: Great trophies, beautiful tent camp, terrific food and lots of laughter. All of this and Lora Young too. We call her “amazing” Lora. She does anything and everything well and carries it out with graciousness. A great addition to Andrew’s camp and we can’t wait to see her in the states! (and Andrew too, lol)
Thanks for a great hunt and a great time. Out long awaited Australian hunt certainly did not disappoint! Can’t wait to return with out grandson Max who is now 16!
The whole experience was one of the best I have ever been on. Fantastic hunting, very exciting. Food was out of this world! Saw an abundance of game. Exactly as Andrew described it.
I would like to thank you for a wonderful time in the Northern Territory. To hunt with you in the NT was an experience in the higher dimensions. The nature and wildlife were much better than I could dream of, also, the camp site was breathtaking. I could not imagine that there would be so many buffalo and other animals in such a tough and rough habitat. Thank you for taking such good care of us during the hunt.
I got to accompany my husband on his trip to hunt a buffalo. I went into this not knowing at all what to expect. I had the time of my life! Even though I didn’t hunt, I got to witness the buffalo hunt up close. I really enjoy fishing and was able to wet a hook and catch the largest fish I have ever caught. It was such a thrill to pull that fish in. There was plenty of room at camp to walk around and do a little exploring and picture taking. We camped by a beautiful waterfall along a river and had the privilege of getting to see all sorts of Australian wildlife as well as photography them. It was an experience that everyone should try to get to have and I shall never forget it. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
Had a super trip! Took a great buffalo after looking at lots of animals. Fishing was amazing! Camp was very well done, not sure they could make a rustic area more comfortable. Overall, A+, as good as it gets!
